That would depend on the plan chosen, some site we can have up as soon as 5 days after you sign up, some may take several weeks. Other factors include how responsive you are to getting images, logo and copy over to us.
That depends on the plan you chose, once we receive your inquiry and go over it, if we feel you are good fit for the program, you will receive a contract and 2 invoices one invoice is for the down payment Which is either 200 or 300 and the second invoice allows us to set up your monthly subscription. Your credit card or bank account will be charged every month.
All our plans include hosting, monthly support, domain name, the design of the site, mobile responsiveness, spam cleaner, SSL, licensing of all software used and 2 initial revisions (revisions include a change of text, color and or images only no design changes are included since you have chosen a theme). The number of pages and e-commerce features depend on the plan chosen.
We do not recommend keeping your emails an on the same servers as your website for security reasons. While we can set you up with an email address we will not manage it and we will not be held responsible for any issues with email. You can use Google Suite or Office365 or the many other platforms out there for email management.
It takes a lot of time and effort to build websites, we want to make sure you are serious and invested about your new website just as much as we are. We ask for a contract to ensure we are paid for the time we put in after a year the website is yours to keep and you will be able to move it if you choose to, if you stay with us for 24 months straight we will be happy to build a new website for you without a down payment and a new contract will be drawn up, please read your contract and make sure you understand it. Recap you will be eligible for a new website every 24 months. As far as being on subscription bases, we offer this service to help those who can’t afford to pay thousands of dollars upfront for a website.
If you want to pay your website in full we will see how many payments you made this far, what your website would have cost had you not signed up for a subscription plan and give you a buyout total. If you decide to buyout your website, you would be responsible for updates to your site, licensing of all software, hosting and domain name.
We will go over your application and schedule a 20-minute consultation to see if you are a good fit. If we feel you are a good fit for the program, you will receive a contract and 2 invoices one invoice is for the down payment Which is either 200 or 300 and the second invoice allows us to set up your monthly subscription. Your credit card or bank account will be charged every month. Once we receive your payment, we will begin to build out your site, while we sent up your site, you will need to send us all content needed for your website, such as your logo, text separated by page, and images.
We hope you don't, but if you break your contract you will be responsible for paying the remaining balance due on your account plus $500 cancellation fee. Your site will then be deleted, if you want to keep your site you will need to pay a buyout fee plus $500 since you canceled your contract and didn’t ask for a buyout. Note if you stay with us for 24 months and decide you want to move your site there will not be any buyout fee nor will build you a new site.
At the end of your 12-month contract, we will continue to bill you every month and you will continue to receive the services we offer. If you decide to cancel after 12 months your server will be shut down in 2 weeks, you will be responsible to move your site elsewhere. If you decide to stay on after another 12 months 24 months total, we will redesign your site for free.
We do not allow New Wave Design sites to be hosted on another provider unless you are paid in full. If you wish to use another hosting provider from the get-go, we suggest you use our sister site La Luna Creative L.L.C.
